The Ask:

The Bob Loquercio Group wanted to build a new Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram facility that followed current. They needed ample parking space for vehicle inventory, updated service bays, and unique features to stand out.

The delivery:

The Missner Group relied on its in-house project management team to oversee the construction of the 67,000 square-foot dealership. The sleek and modern interior features a 15,000 square-foot showroom, exhibiting 11 vehicles coupled with exterior vehicle hills, giving the appearance of the vehicles in their “off-road” environment. The new dealership can hold ample inventory, storing close to 500 vehicles on-site for immediate access. Additionally, a 30,000 square-foot service area was constructed, containing 35 service bays to provide efficient and expedited service.
