The Ask:

The Bob Loquercio Group wanted to build a new Kia Dealership that followed the current branding. They needed ample parking space for vehicle inventory, updated service bays, and unique features to stand out.

The delivery:

The Missner Group turned a vacant facility in Michigan City, Indiana into a cutting edge dealership located at 4411 E Michigan Blvd. Construction consisted of transforming the current facility into a new cutting-edge dealership, showroom, and service center.

The new dealership includes a WiFi lounge area, parts center, five new-car delivery doors, and drive-in service equipped with nine service bays.
