The delivery:

The Missner Group relied on their in-house project management team to oversee the complete renovation of a medical facility for Illinois Bone and Joint Institute in Des Plaines, Illinois.

The new medical clinic for IBJI features private offices, an open-concept physical therapy gym, private medical exam rooms, imaging and x-ray suites, as well as medical storage space. The project also included high-end finishes and custom metal-trimmed millwork as well as, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout.
