THE DELIVERY:

The Missner Group leveraged their in-house project management team to expand and renovate the headquarters for Generation Brands at 7400 Linder Avenue in Skokie, Illinois. The 38,000 square-foot project included 19,000 square-feet of office renovations, in addition to the build-out of a 19,000 square-foot showroom.

Construction of the office space included new office suites, multiple conferencing facilities, a corporate training room, a kitchen area, and a state-of-the-art employee lounge center.

The 19,000 square-foot unbelievably dramatic showroom is used to display the lighting and fan fixtures, designed and manufactured by Generation Brands in custom-designed, high-tech displays and modern finishes. The showroom includes metal framing throughout, modernized ceilings, and floors that complement the lighting and light channel detailing, coupled with a vast amount of electricity to power the showroom.

Additionally, The Missner Group also constructed drywall suspended clouds from which to attach the hundreds of displays, as well as incorporation of motion-censored lighting throughout the space including in the high-end lighting fixtures.
