The Ask:

The Missner Group and Timber Hill partnered to bring a speculative industrial building to the Western Suburbs. Located near O'Hare and the interstate system, the area offered access to a skilled labor force and executive communities making it a viable project for teams as well as an attractive option for industrial users.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group utilized its in-house development and project management team to deliver the 84,000 square-foot building. Located on 5.3 acres, the new building featured office to-suit, 30' clear heights, 10 exterior loading docks, two drive-in -doors, and 99 parking spots. The property secured 6b tax incentives as well.
