The Ask:

As part of a joint venture partnership, The Missner Group and Principal Real Estate Investors looked to redevelop 6420 W Howard, in Niles Illinois. The in-fill distribution building would need to be demolished and fit a new building up to 400,000 SF.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group relied on their in-house development and project management team to oversee the construction of the two (2) 200,000 SF in-fill speculative developments. This project was one of the largest of its kind constructed in Niles at the time.
