The Missner Group and WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust partnered to fill a need for industrial development in the Northwest Suburban submarket. The 8.4-acre site offered easy access to I-390, I-90 and Route 59 and provided access to a skilled labor market.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group relied on their in-house development and project management teams to deliver a 152,300 square-foot speculative industrial building to Streamwood, IL. The building featured office-to-suit, 32' clear heights, 22 exterior docs, large bays, 2 drive-in doors, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. Additionally, the property offers 181 parking spaces and 3,000 square-feet of flex office space. The property secured 6b tax incentives as well.
